A producer survey that included 885 facilities was conducted to assess the associations between preweaning mortality and various facility attributes. Using univariate analysis and a multiple regression model, we found a significant association between preweaning mortality and flooring type, heat source, water delivery system, cleaning frequency, cleaning method, and duration of idle time between farrowing groups.
