Offering one hour of RACE Certified Continuing Education (CE) credit, the purpose of this webinar is to educate food animal veterinarians, veterinary technicians, producers and other animal health stakeholders about the Guidance for Industry 209. The session will focus on how Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) digital solutions like FeedLINK® can help reduce the burden of compliance. Throughout this webinar, presenter, Dr. Mike Apley DVM, PhD, DACVCP, will explain changes and help the audience understand how they are affected by the guidance.

Attendees will be educated on the new Guidance for Industry 209 VFD requirements from a veterinarian's perspective, learn what's new in the ruling and what will have the greatest impact on veterinarians and producers. In addition, they will observe how using electronic document management can help minimize the burden of this ruling, and understand how veterinarians can focus on caring for animals instead of veterinary feed directive administration.
