Thank you for providing information about your meeting to the
AASV. Please complete as many fields as seem appropriate and useful.
Your submission will not appear online until AASV staff have approved
it.

This information may be used on our web site and, as space
permits, in our print publication, The Journal of Swine Health and Production.
Additionally, your IP address and the time at which this form is
submitted will be stored to allow you a chance to fix typos.
AASV staff may use the name and email addresses provided to ask for clarification.
Unfortunately, there exist organizations which will gather email addresses
from web sites and use them to send you SPAM. We cannot control this; however,
if you put your email address in the description instead of the email field,
it will not be a clickable link and probably won't be gathered. Doing so will also
make it more difficult for people you want to send you email to do so.
