The 41st annual meeting of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians will be held March 6-9, 2010 at the Hilton Omaha Hotel. Hilton Omaha Hotel (AASV block is full as of 12/1/09) Linked by a glass-enclosed sky bridge to the Qwest Center Omaha, the Hilton Omaha is located only three miles from Eppley Airfield and is close to all Omaha has to offer, including historic Old Market, the Omaha Children's Museum, Botanical Gardens, and the world famous Henry Doorly Zoo. The AASV room block at the Hilton is open for reservations with a room rate of $118 per night. The room block cut-off date is February 5. However, space is limited and we fully expect the hotel to sell out prior to the cut-off date, so make your reservation early! Please note, a one-night deposit is required when making the reservation. If the guest room is cancelled at least 42 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. Those wishing to reserve more than two rooms will need to supply the guest name for each room. December 1 Update: The AASV room block at the Hilton Omaha has filled. AASV has reserved an additional block of rooms at the same rate at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area. Shuttle service will be provided between the two hotels.
