AASV Poster Sessions

The Veterinary Student and Industrial Partners Poster Sessions will be held Sunday, March 8 and Monday, March 9, 2009 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. Posters may be oriented horizontally or vertically, but must fit within a display area that is 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall. Materials for mounting the posters will be provided.

Sunday, March 8

9:00 am - 11:30 am
Posters mounted by authors

11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Poster authors stationed near poster to answer attendee questions

1:00 - 5:00 pm
Poster display continues; author attendance not required

Monday, March 9

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Poster display continues; author attendance not required

5:00 - 9:00 pm
Posters may be removed by authors
